This article explains how to Upgrade/Downgrade and modify your existing backup package with us.
- You may need more storage space in your backup package
- You may want to upgrade your package to a bigger package
- You may want to add more desktop licences
1) Please login to your customer area on our website, and you will see the "Your Account" section.
Please click on to "Your Services"
2) Click on "View Details" of your existing Backup package/product
3) If you want to change your existing Backup Package,
click on "change package" under modify account
4) From the list on the next page,
You will then be able to choose another backup package/product that you want to change to
5) If you want to add space or licences to your backup package,
Click on "Modify licences + storage" under "Manage Account"
6) You will then be able to choose from the dropdown lists under "Desktop Licence" or "Additional storage space"
Click to Continue, and you are done!
